Clients who commission a song will receive a personalised licence that allows them to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the song for personal purposes (e.g., events, private playback, sharing with friends\/family)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post or share the song online with credit to copyright owner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a client would like to fully own the rights to a commissioned song, we offer a separate buyout arrangement with a formal copyright transfer agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Copyright Options Include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personal Use Licence<\/strong> \u2013 Sacred Track Studios retains copyright; client can share and use the song (standard)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusive Licence<\/strong> \u2013 Client has exclusive rights to use but Sacred Track Studios retains authorship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Copyright Transfer<\/strong> \u2013 Client owns all rights; a transfer fee and agreement are required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re happy to discuss your intentions so we can tailor a solution that works best for your needs and honours the creative process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your Song, Your Rights \u2014 Crafted with Care At Sacred Track Studios, we honour the creative and spiritual value of every song we create \u2014 and we believe in being transparent about ownership.
